Telemarketing Consulting
My books and creations
have not yet brought in enough
money for me to quit my day job
– telemarketing consulting.
Basically, I make
phone calls for companies and
organizations to
- Sell products
and services
- Increase attendance
at events
- Notify members
of new benefits
- Raise money
- Clean up mailing
lists
- Solicit entries
for competitions
- Complete surveys
and questionnaires
- Collect delinquent
funds
The difference
between hiring me versus hiring
a call center is that I never
sound like I am reading a script.
As a matter of fact, I won’t
pick up the phone to make a call
for you until I sound just like
(or better than) a well-informed employee. I take
pride in intelligently representing
my clients over the telephone.
And I do it all with an upbeat
personality and an entrepreneurial
spirit… right from my home…
and often in red flannel pajamas!
If you’d
like me to do a telephone job
for you, please call me at 610-446-7441.
This way you can meet the real
Bonnie Neubauer, voice and all,
and decide if I sound like the
right person for your job. I’m
happy to supply references upon
request.
I look forward
to speaking with you and for you!
**** MY BRAND OF TELEMAKETING WAS FEATURED ON MARCIA YUDKIN'S MARKETING MINUTE ON FEBRUARY 1, 2006:
** The Marketing Minute **
brought to you every Wednesday by Marcia Yudkin,
Marketing Consultant, Author, Speaker
http://www.yudkin.com/marketing.htm, www.yudkin.com.
When Marketing Minute subscriber Bonnie Neubauer
(www.bonnieneubauer.com) makes telephone calls on behalf of companies, she follows the old Scout motto: Be prepared.
"I read all the literature for the job at hand, making note of the lingo (and definitions so I use it correctly). Then I ask those in charge of the specifics, #1, What objections are you getting? and #2, Which selling points are exciting clients? For each objection, I list responses to overcome them. #2 indicates the hook I might use to start the call.
"Then I write a script and read it aloud until it sounds totally natural. On a separate sheet of paper, I write the key words from each paragraph one per line, in the order I'll present them. At the very bottom in big print is the goal of each call. Finally I crumple up the script and toss it out.
"I place all the supporting literature, including objection lists and vocabulary words, around my desk, sit with good posture and smile. Only then do I make the call."
Prepared, Bonnie sounds unscripted and persuasive. Results follow.
